Skim Rondaan Sukarela (SRS) is a program/scheme managed by voluntary residents residing in Neighborhood Watch Areas to ensure the safety of their neighborhoods through surveillance and patrols. Volunteers undertake tasks such as patrolling designated areas as directed by the Neighborhood Watch Committee, monitoring the Area Center at any given time, and overseeing various premises, places, or locations within the area.
